The vision that Seiha CL strives for.

We will introduce the philosophy, vision, and goals of this tournament.

For the future of our children

Children with disabilities

How to live once you enter society

The number one concern for parents is

"After we're gone,

"What should I do about this child?"

That's it.

Not "special treatment"

Supporting each other as fellow members

So that each and every person can thrive

With that in mind, Seiha runs CL.

Transforming difficult situations into happiness

Developing the skills children with disabilities need to thrive in society.

"After-school day care service"

It's a place like an after-school program that children go to after school.

But it's not just about playing.

Practice communication.

Express what you want to say, greet people properly, and what to do if you have a fight?

The goal is to train children to take care of themselves.

Can you get ready in the morning by yourself so you don't forget anything? Do you know your schedule for the week ahead?

Only after you can properly handle the basics can you truly be prepared to enter society.

The children who attend are those with various characteristics who require extra practice and training.

Nevertheless, I continue to practice and train diligently, and I live my life with consideration for the friends around me.

When these children graduate from school or after-school day care and enter society to work , will there be a place to entrust them with? Will there be people to support them?

That was my biggest worry while I was working.

Then let's make it.

With that in mind, Seiha CL continues on.

The possibilities are endless.

01

The purpose of this tournament

Seiha CL operates events as part of the child welfare and employment support business with disabilities of its main sponsor, "Razumi Co., Ltd."

02

Why employment support?

The current environment for supporting employment for people with disabilities is extremely challenging.

It is very difficult to earn enough income to support yourself.

This tournament aims to create a workplace where people with disabilities can utilize their strengths and "support their own livelihoods."

We launched this project with the desire to create an environment where we can welcome everyone as a colleague, rather than giving them special treatment, and where we can all work together.

03

Why event management?

Holding an event has the great power to "bring happiness to everyone involved."

It is a powerful force that will bring happiness not only to the participants, but also to everyone involved in the operation, the sponsoring companies, and everyone else.

And there are various jobs involved in event management.

Preparation, information dissemination, handling inquiries, setup, management and operation, event progress, venue announcements, reception, sales, etc.

For individuals with unique characteristics to leverage their strengths, event management with a wide range of aspects is more suitable.

04

Specific support situation

At the first Seiha CL event, we invited users of the after-school day service with disabilities provided by "Razumi Co., Ltd." to visit and participate in a tour and workplace experience.

They also took on the challenge of setting up the tournament and making announcements at the venue.

05

How can we show our support?

First, we need to raise awareness.

Next, I'd like you to participate with me.

And then, we want people to spread the word.

The difficulties faced by people with disabilities when entering society

How do people with disabilities spend their days?

There are companies that support such people.

Having companies that support and sponsor us is important.

By participating in the tournament, you can show your support.

Thank you all for your involvement in this event.

That's the biggest source of support for me.

Please feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss how you can support or assist us.
