Tournament format: 3-person team system, Swiss draw (up to 7 rounds) + 5-round knockout tournament.
Number of participants: 270 teams (810 people)
Participation fee:
Master: 2,500 yen (tax included) per person
Seniors: 2,000 yen (tax included) per person
Junior: 1,500 yen (tax included) per person
*For seniors and juniors, if you cannot provide proof of identity, you can participate at the same fee as the masters.

Payment must be made in cash on the day of the event.
We would appreciate it if you could prepare the exact amount whenever possible.

Event staff may take photos and videos during the event, and these may be uploaded to various social media platforms.
・About Team Battles
At registration, each team will receive colored wristbands that determine opponents.
Players must sit in front of the opponent wearing the same color wristband and will play against that player.
In addition, the team representative will be fixed in the center seat.
Exchanging wristbands between team members is prohibited.
・Entry Details
Changes to team members or team names must be completed individually through Tonamel by Friday, June 26th at 11:59 PM. Please also remember to update any Player ID changes accordingly.
Deck lists must be submitted through Tonamel by 9:30 AM on the day of the tournament. No changes will be allowed after that time.
・Tournament Rules
This tournament will use the Standard Regulation 60-card format.
Deck changes or card substitutions between the Swiss rounds and finals are not allowed.
Proxy cards or copied cards are also prohibited.
If your deck sleeves become damaged, please follow the instructions of the judges.
If you do not have replacement sleeves and all sleeves must be replaced, the current match may be ruled as a loss.
Please note that during deck checks, judges may remove cards from sleeves for inspection.
Deck list registration is required to participate. The team representative must register all three players’ deck lists together.
Deck checks may be conducted randomly at any time during the tournament, including during registration and breaks.
Team members may not give advice or consult with each other during matches.
Exchanging decks between team members is also prohibited.
For smooth tournament operation, please follow all instructions from staff and judges.
Failure to comply may result in disqualification or removal from the venue at the discretion of tournament staff or judges.
Any inappropriate behavior, including abusive language or violence, will also result in disqualification and removal.
Teams that are disqualified or removed will not receive placement prizes, and participation fees will not be refunded.

Match Resolution (Swiss Rounds)
If a match has not concluded when time is called and the current turn belongs to the player who went first, one additional turn will be given to the player who went second.
If time is called during the turn of the player who went second, no additional turns will be given. (That player may finish their current turn.)
Pokémon Check is not included.
If a match does not conclude within 25 minutes, players may concede until the second player’s turn ends.
If there is still no winner at that point, both players receive a double loss. Please report the result to a judge.
Online match reporting must be confirmed by both players, and the winner is responsible for submitting the result.
If you wish to drop from the tournament, please use the “BYE” button located at the top-right of the tournament bracket on Tonamel.
If your opponent drops, you will receive a bye win.

If a finalist’s deck list contains errors or their sleeves are deemed improper, the following penalties may apply:

Deck list errors: The current match will be recorded as a loss, and subsequent matches must be played according to the submitted deck list.

If it is impossible to correct the deck to match the submitted list, or if sleeve issues are considered severe, the team may be eliminated from the tournament.
・Match Resolution (Final Tournament)
If a
match has not concluded when time is called and the current turn belongs to the player who went first, one additional turn will be given to the player who went second.
If time is called during the second player’s turn, no additional turns will be given. (That player may finish their current turn.)
Pokémon Check is not included.
If the match is still unresolved when time expires, the winner will be determined as follows:
Condition ①
If either player has 2 or fewer Prize cards remaining:

The player with fewer remaining Prize cards wins.

If both players have the same number of remaining Prize cards, the match proceeds into overtime. The first player to meet a victory condition or reduce their Prize cards further wins.
Condition ②
If both players have 3 or more Prize cards remaining:

The match proceeds into overtime. The first player to meet a victory condition or reduce their Prize cards to 2 or fewer wins.
If the match still ends in a tie, a tiebreak game will be played using 6 Prize cards.
The winner of the tiebreak is the first player to meet a victory condition or have fewer remaining Prize cards.
For the tiebreak game, turn order will be decided again with rock-paper-scissors.

Junior and Senior League Agreements
If any team members are from the Junior League or Senior League, please be sure to obtain parental consent from their respective guardians.
Participation is not permitted without parental consent.
The tournament will conclude completely at 8:30 PM. We cannot be held responsible if any participant is apprehended by the police due to their own actions.
Any conduct deemed inappropriate for participation in the competition will result in disqualification.
Please be mindful of showing respect to your opponent in your words and actions.
Please follow the instructions of the judges and the event organizers.
